The Wayward Saint/Der Widerspenstige Heilige
The Poster is a reinterpretation of a poster designed by Hans Förtsch, former professor of the Berlin University of the Arts. The typeface Akzidenz-Grotesk from the original was used. The original poster was designed for the 1961 premiere at the Renaissance Theater in Berlin of Der Widerspenstige Heilige (a German performance of Paul Vincent Carroll’s The Wayward Saint) and can be found in the university’s archives.
